The PDF Solution
PDF Document Storage is by far the most requested service by our customers. PDF (Adobe) gives you a number of options to save money. The following shows what PDF Documents can do for you and your company.
- With PDF (with hidden text) have your documents scanned and have them text searchable without changing the image. What does that mean? The text is embedded under an image file to give you word search capabilities which saves money because no manual indexing is required. There are also many 3rd party software available that can take this capability many steps beyond just word searching. Also we can build you a word search index over multi-files that you have scanned.
- PDF Normal is an OCR program Capable of creating a word processing file, which Adobe Acrobat can edit. We have found that OCR to Word, or a Text file is the best.
- With any PDF file, you can Fax, Print, and View.
